Aperol Spritz has teamed up with Venetian restaurant Polpo to create five easy-to-follow recipe videos, for the #SpritzSuppers series.

This light and tasty Zucchini, Parmesan & Basil salad makes a perfect appetiser for any dinner party. Not without an Aperol Spritz to wash it down, of course!

WHAT YOU NEED:

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini
  • Dressing
  • Basil
  • Parmesan

HOW TO MAKE 

  1. Finely slice zucchini
  2. Add 2 tbsp of dressing
  3. Add a little basil and parmesan
  4. Toss
  5. Serve on small plate
  6. Enjoy with an Aperol Spritz!
