This light and tasty Zucchini, Parmesan & Basil salad makes a perfect appetiser for any dinner party. Not without an Aperol Spritz to wash it down, of course!

- Finely slice zucchini
- Add 2 tbsp of dressing
- Add a little basil and parmesan
- Serve on small plate
