Aperol Spritz paired with aperitivo dishes is the ideal combination for entertaining friends at home.

This delicious Fig & Prosciutto crostini is from Polpo’s new exquisite Autumnal menu and is the perfect complement to an Aperol Spritz when celebrating the aperitivo moment with friends!

WHAT YOU NEED:

Ingredients:

  • Sliced baguette
  • Ricotta cheese
  • ½ slide prosciutto
  • Figs

HOW TO MAKE 

  1. Slice and toast baguette
  2. Spoon on ricotta cheese
  3. Add ½ slice of prosciutto
  4. Cut fig into quarters
  5. Top bread with ¼ of fig
  6. Add cocktail stick
  7. Enjoy with an Aperol Spritz!
