WHAT YOU NEED:
- Green beans
- Iced water
- Toasted hazelnuts
- Shaved fennel
HOW TO MAKE:
- Blanch green beans
- Refresh in iced water already prepped
- Roughly chop toasted hazelnuts
- Add to bowl shaved fennel, green beans, salad leaves, hazelnuts
- Add lemon
- Serve in bowl
