Aperol Spritz has teamed up with Venetian restaurant Polpo to create five easy-to-follow recipe videos, for the #SpritzSuppers series.

Sometimes the best Italian dishes use only the simplest of ingredients. Try making our #SpritzSuppers Green Olive and Parmesan Crostini from home this weekend, paired perfectly with an Aperol Spritz.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Ingredients:

  • Green olives
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Sliced baguette
  • Parmesan

HOW TO MAKE 

  1. Place green olives, garlic into robot coupe
  2. Add a little olive oil, salt & pepper slide
  3. Grill slices of baguette
  4. Top with olive mix
  5. Grate parmesan
  6. Enjoy with an Aperol Spritz!
