Aperol May Bank Holiday Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is: Campari UK whose registered office is at Level 27, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9SG
  2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Gruppo Campari and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Route to entry for the competitions and details of how to enter are via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram only.
  6. Photos, captions and entries containing offensive content or content with condones, promotes or encourages any illegal activities of any nature, are not permitted and will not be considered.
  7. Closing date for entry will be 29/05/2018. From this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
    Like the competition post on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, and post your own image including an Aperol Spritz, tagging the Aperol Spritz UK Page or using the hashtag #ItStartsNow. Images may be as a comment on the post or as an individual post.
  10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
    • The provision of complimentary drinks is at the discretion of the promoter, Campari UK.
    • Except in case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond the Promoter’s control and for any act or default of any third-party supplier.
  11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  12. The prize is as follows:
    Four individual sets of four tickets to the Aperol Big Spritz Social, to either Saturday 2nd June or Saturday 9th June only. Entrants will not be allowed to choose another date. Entrants must arrive before 7pm on the day to guarantee entry.
  13. The Aperol Big Spritz Social is located at the following address: Shoreditch Electric Light Station, Coronet Street, London, N1 6HD.
    Travel to and from the venue is not included in the prize.
  14. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  15. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and/or its agents.
  16. The winner will be notified by email and/or direct message on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram within 2 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and/or pick a replacement winner.
  17. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
  18. The promoter’s decision in respect of all manners to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  19. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  21. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  24. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Campari UK and not to any other party.
  25. Campari UK also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
